Registration System Status

Update: May 16, 2019

Good afternoon Cheerio families! Today we sent emails to Campers in Traditional Camp 2G and Cheerio Adventures Sessions Ultimate 1, Rangers 1, Extreme 1. The email was to let these Campers know they could go into our Registration system and verify their information. So far, this process is going well. If all continues to progress, we will send out emails to other sessions (In Calendar Order, starting with our earliest sessions) starting on Monday. Our goal is to get emails out to all Campers by the end of next week. We will continue to post status updates here at

If you have a Camper in 2G, Ultimate 1, Rangers 1, or Extreme 1 and did not receive an email from us, please call our Office at 336-869-0195.

Dear Campers,

An email should go out tomorrow (May 16th) morning to all Camper families explaining next steps for verifying your information.

Camper Families in Traditional Session 2G, and Cheerio Adventure’s Sessions Ultimate 1, Supreme 1, Rangers 1, and Extreme 1 should receive a 2nd Email tomorrow afternoon detailing how to log in and check your information.

If you are in a later session, you will receive the 2nd Email in the coming days.

Update: May 13, 2019

I hope you had a nice weekend!

Thank you for your patience. We are continuing to work on our database and are still on schedule to get an email and/or regular mail out to you this week with next steps for you to take. When you receive the email/mail, we will need for you to update/confirm all your information in our system, complete your "Confidential" form (maybe for a 2nd time), and make sure your Cabin Mate Request is up to date. We will give you further details when our instructional email is sent to you.

Our HostingCompany has started to get some of their Servers back on line, but we are not one of them as of yet. We continue our parallel process of rebuilding our system internally from our backups to enable us to get things back on track as soon as possible. We are looking forward to communicating the next steps to you next week.

Update: May 8, 2019

We continue to make progress with recovering our records. We hope to be sending out next steps to all families next week. Next steps will include confirming your information and session, cabin mate requests, and completing the Confidential Forms. We look forward to getting this worked out and moving on to the Summer!

Cheerio families,

We are making progress! Today, we have moved our site to a new Hosting Company and are in the process of restoring information from older backups We hope to be back up soon. We will update this site daily until we are back up and running.

Update: May 6, 2019

Cheerio families,

We apologize for our Registration System being unavailable. Late last week, we learned the Hosting Service we use for our Registration System/Database was attacked by a Ransomwear virus. We understood there would be a temporary shutdown, but this has not been the case. Please note, financial information has not been compromised. Credit Card numbers are not stored on this site. At the time the Hosting Company, A2 Hosting, learned about the Ransomwear, all of their servers were shut down to prevent further infection. A2 Hosting is continuing to get their sites back up and running, but we are not one of them as of today. Unfortunately, we are not able to access any of our most current online backups of the system, and have not been given any indication when we will be able to do so.

What are we doing now?
We are hoping the servers come back online, but we want to be proactive in the event that they do not. Beginning today, we will begin working from past backups of our system to restore our database information. Please be patient with us as we work through this challenging situation. We hope to let you know in the next day or so when you will be able to access your records.

There may be some information we will need you to confirm when you get back in the database and/or we may need you to complete again, specifically Cabin Mate Requests and the Confidential Form. We will give you instructions when the time comes.

Once again, we are sorry this has happened and for any frustration you are experiencing. We are working hard to get back up and running.
