Fall Camp News

Cheerio Campers and Parents!

We hope all of you are doing well and enjoying your school year thus far. We had a wonderful time up on the mountain this summer and we are looking forward to the 2011 camping season!

As fall has arrived camp is still busy with school groups, youth groups and other conference retreats. Over the Labor Day holiday weekend, Cheerio celebrated 50 Years of Mountaintop Memories. The weekend was filled with lots of camp activities, stories being shared between the generations, and even a special Pillar's of Service ceremony honoring those families and people who laid the foundation for camp. Moving into the winter months we will begin renovations to a few cabin bathrooms. We are very excited about these new additions!

In other news, next week we will begin mailing out applications for the 2011 camping season. Be on the lookout for such information and know sessions will fill up quickly. Also remember if you register before December 1st, 2010 you will receive a special Cheerio Christmas gift in the mail.

Traditional Camp and Cheerio Adventures - Registration is coming soon!

Camp Cheerio announces its 2011 schedule and rates for Traditional Camp. Check out our summer camp schedule to pick out your favorite one or two week session for the upcoming year.

Again in 2011, Camp Cheerio will be offering our Cheerio EXTREME camp sessions. The extreme experience is a combination of Traditonal Camp and Cheerio Adventures. For more information see the Cheerio EXTREME page. To register for Cheerio EXTREME, either download our extreme application or sign up using our secure online registration form.
