Accommodations

Cheerio has a modern, clean facility for you to enjoy while at Senior Adult Camp.  Campers may request arrangements in one of two different facilities: Cabins or Millis Lodge.  Towels, bedding and pillows are provided in Millis Lodge rooms.  Bedding and pillows may be provided in Cabins for an additional fee of $10.  Both the Cabins and Millis Lodge have handicap accessible rooms available.

Cabins are grouped together as either a duplex with two cabins occupying the same building and sharing a common foyer, or as a lodge with four cabins occupying the same building and sharing a large central sitting room.  All cabins are fully heated with each having a private bathroom.  Cabins are perfect for those traveling to Cheerio in a group, as each cabin sleeps five to eight campers per cabin.

Millis Lodge

Indian Guide Lodge

The Indian Guide Lodge contains a cabin in each of its four corners and offers a large central sitting room, with rocking chairs and a large rock fireplace. The Indian Guide Lodge's large deck offers a magnificent view of Stone Mountain State Park and the valley below. As with the Duplex Cabins, the Indian Guide Lodge is perfect for those traveling to Cheerio in a group, as each cabin sleeps six campers.

Millis Lodge, a 22-room facility, offers accommodations especially designed for couples and handicapped persons. Campers who desire Millis Lodge, as with Duplex Cabins and the Indian Guide Lodge, are assigned rooms on a first-registered, first-served basis. Space is limited.
